Our booking process:
You fill out our inquiry form for your family* only with the dates which might interest you, for how many persons and what type of accommodation. This can also be done by email. We will then check our availability and see if we are able to accommodate you and the amount of persons you are looking to book for and will let you know as soon as possible. If we do have availability you will need to confirm that you would like to go ahead and book. Please do not say that you would like to go ahead and book with us if you cannot afford to pay a 50% deposit to secure your booking within 24 hours of receiving confirmation of your booking from us. Once a 50% deposit is paid your booking will be secured. Failure to do so will result in your booking being cancelled. You will then be required to pay the balance due for your stay four days before arrival. Please note that you need permission from us to add any extra persons to your booking. It is not ok to simply announce to us that you will have extra persons joining you.
*Definition of “family”: A nuclear family (a pair of adults and their socially recognized children) or single-parent family.
If you have friends or extended family wanting to join you, we ask that they fill in our inquiry form to do so, with reference to your booking in that section of our inquiry form.
Please note that we will be closed for business from the 5th until the 14th of May 2023.
