Great for school camps
Our group of 15 families (for a grade 2 school camp) had a great experience camping at Petervale Guest Farm. Feeding and playing with the farm animals was a hit. The campsites are shady and I loved the sound of the trees rustling in the breeze. The awesome fire pits were conducive to socialising. The dam and rustic platform/swing were well used by the children. We hiked to the waterfall and really enjoyed swimming and drinking the fresh water. The reed and wood ablution facilities with vines growing in the toilets are quite fun for a camp site. There is a small shop selling farm produce (almonds with the shells on, frozen yoghurt).
