Our booking process:

• You fill out our inquiry form for your family* only with the dates which might interest you, for how many persons and what type of accommodation. This can also be done by email.
• We will then check our availability and see if we are able to accommodate you and the amount of persons you are looking to book for and will let you know as soon as possible.
• If we do have availability you will need to confirm that you would like to go ahead and book.
• Please note that we do not take group bookings. This does however not mean that you cannot camp together as a group. Each family will however need to book directly with us. You will only be able to book for your immediate family. Anyone wanting to join you will need to fill out our booking form, with reference to your booking in that section of our booking form.
• If the cost of your booking is R2500 or less you will be required to pay this in full to secure your booking within 24 hours of receiving your provisional booking.  
• If the cost of your booking is more than R2500 you will be required to pay a 50% deposit to secure your booking within 24 hours of receiving your provisional booking.
• Failure to pay within 24 hours will result in your booking being cancelled.
• Balances for bookings over R2500 are due 8 days before arrival.  All bookings must be paid in full 8 days before the arrival date
• Please do not simply announce to us that you will have extra persons joining you. The amount of people booked for cannot be decreased. If you are wanting to increase the amount of people you have booked for, a separate booking will need to be made.

*Definition of “family”:  A nuclear family (a pair of adults and their socially recognized children) or single-parent family.
